Roosters is a large, contemporary studio apartment with fully equipped kitchen. The  light and airy accommodation, which has comfy sofas in the living area with smart TV and WiFi, is just perfect for two.  Sliding doors lead to a private balcony with seating to enjoy the countryside views and great for alfresco lunchtime or evening dining.  

The bed can be made up as a super king, or as twin beds – please advise your preference when booking.

There is an en-suite wet room plus an additional cloakroom. 

Guests are welcome to walk through the farm which gives direct access onto Eype Down and onto the South West Coastal Path.

The fishing lakes are stocked with Carp and are free to fish by guests.
